known as Trendy Hounds) is governed by these terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully. Placement of an order indicates your
acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and our terms for use
of this site. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave the site
and do not proceed further with your order. TRENDY HOUNDS, LLC reserve
the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions
of sale and our terms of use at any time, without notice.

respective companies and are subject to copyright
Order Acceptance Policy
Trendy Hounds, LLC reserve the right to refuse service, to close
accounts, to cancel orders, or to terminate affiliate and other
marketing programs that it deems harmful to the company.
Shipping Address
I ONLY ship to the "shipping
address" used with your payment processor
(paypal or credit card) at the time of checkout.
If you enter a ship to
address on the Trendy Hounds LLC website and it does not match
the "shipping address" on your payment processor, I
WILL NOT ship to it.
Refund Policy
As of May 7, 2019, all refunds processed for any reason will be minus the
payment processing fees. The payment processing company will no longer
refund any seller fees for any refunds and I can no longer afford to absorb this
expense.
Returns Policy
Collars are ONLY made as they are ordered, hence the strict
return policy listed below.
Make sure you order the correct width/size needed. If you're NOT SURE
of the size/width needed, ASK BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Clearance and Sales items ARE NOT returnable or exchangeable
items.
You must send your return request to
immediately upon receipt of the order, with your reason
for the return/exchange, and the item MUST BE UNUSED.
If a return/exchange is agreed upon, the item(s) must be returned in the
same BRAND NEW/UNUSED condition as received. Items for
return/exchange must be received within 21 days of the original delivery
date.

Small sizes (12"-15")
X-Large sizes (up to 29")
Custom sizes (any size adjustment made to the standard sizes listed on
this site)
3/4" collars (any size)
1" collars (any size)
2" collars (any size)
Sports collars (any size)
Flag collars, excluding USA flag collars (any size)
Buckle collars (any size)
Side Release dog collars (any size)
Tag collars (any size)
Leashes
Requests for return/exchange made 7 days or more after shipping date for
US customers
