Shipping & Handling Fees
In order to keep the prices of the collars & leashes
reasonable, the shipping & handling fees reflect all the costs associated
with packaging, processing, and shipping your order.
There is a shipping estimator in the
shopping cart.
**NOTE** The USPS has raised
their rates again!! The rate increase is effective
1/27/13. The highest rate increases were for Canada
& International shipping. As stated above, in order
to keep my collar/leash prices reasonable, the s&h fees
will reflect this rate increase.
Returns
Collars are ONLY made
as they are ordered, hence the strict return policy
listed below.
Make sure you order the
correct width/size needed. If you're
NOT SURE of the size/width needed,
ASK BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Clearance and Sales items ARE NOT
returnable or exchangeable items.
You must send your return
request to
info@trendyhounds.com
immediately upon receipt of the order, with your reason
for the return/exchange, and the item MUST BE UNUSED.
If a return/exchange is agreed upon, the
item(s) must be returned in the same BRAND NEW/UNUSED
condition as received. Items for return/exchange must be
received within 21 days of the original delivery
date.
